About
The bridge from obscurity to mastery.
NA Craft Brewing exists because the knowledge to brew great non-alcoholic beer is real, learnable, and almost nowhere to be found in one place.
Tyler McMahon
Tyler is the founder of Reducaholic and one of the most connected people in the US non-alcoholic beer world. His path in was personal. Since 2020 he's been reaching for NA beer in place of alcoholic craft — brands like Athletic Brewing convinced him NA could genuinely be good — and the category changed his life, letting him stop drinking while keeping the beer culture he grew up on. A Colorado native who homebrewed his way through his last semester of college, he loves the local craft scene and wants to see it exist for NA too.
So he started tracking it. A few local Colorado options in 2021 became a spreadsheet in 2022, an Instagram account, and by January 2024 a full map. Today Reducaholic is the largest map and directory of breweries in the US and Canada making their own NA beer. Along the way Tyler became a category evangelist, community builder, and a sought-after voice on NA beer — cited across podcasts, interviews, and industry press, and the organizer of The Dry Hop Fest in Colorado, among the first NA-focused beer festivals in the US.
Why this matters for your brewery
Tyler is the authority you want in the room. He knows the beer, he knows the market, and he can talk to brewers credibly and at scale. He understands what NA drinkers actually buy and come back for, where the landscape is crowded versus wide open, how to position an NA product without alienating drinkers or non-drinkers, and how people discover NA beer in the first place.
And when a job calls for hands-on technical help beyond his own bench, he knows the people who are the right fit. He's both the guide and the connector. If he isn't the guy, he knows who is.
The conviction
It's simple: every brewery should offer a non-alcoholic option — brewed from scratch or de-alcoholized from beer they already make. The demand is here. The methods work. What's been missing is a clear path. Reducaholic documents that NA brewing is happening. This site teaches how to make it happen.
Brewers have always been a do-it-yourself community. You can learn all of this on your own. This site simply means you don't have to.
